The beautiful courtyard right outside provided a peaceful spot to unwind, and the complimentary coffee and tea service was a nice touch. It was also conveniently located near the Choco-Story and other attractions, making it easy to explore. Overall, it was a pleasant experience during our three-night stay as a family, ideal for enjoying the local culture.

The email with my access code arrived late, leaving me outside until another guest helped. The bathroom lacked adequate ventilation, leading to humidity issues after showers. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom felt too dim, which was disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, the room's comfort and the charming courtyard made up for some of the inconveniences.
